We all know him as D-Nice the rapper, producer, and DJ. But the D-Nice, born Derrick Jones, I am speaking of is all about photography. His camera, he says, has become his "choice of weapons" after he was photographed by legend Gordon Parks.

The images D-Nice captures are purely realistic and breathtaking. True, most are of ordinary life, parties, and most recently, love, but it is this simplicity that makes his photography stand out. Picking up a camera and setting down his mic, call him D-Nice.
